    Michael E.      Mike’s practice spans employment law, business and corporate law, personal injury, estate planning, and sports law, where his expertise has made him a valuable asset to athletes, trainers, and promoters—particularly in the boxing world. His comprehensive understanding of contract law, injury liability, intellectual property, and athlete representation enables him to protect fighters' rights and financial interests both inside and outside the ring.

 

     Whether negotiating bout agreements, handling endorsement deals, or managing legal risk in training operations, Mike brings a fighter’s mindset to every case: sharp, strategic, and always in his client’s corner.

 

     An honors graduate with a Juris Doctorate from a prestigious law school, Michael began his legal career determined to build a practice grounded in honesty, transparency, and impact.
