     Our partnership was built on a shared vision: to bring world-class combat sporting events to the Greater Boston area—an iconic sports region with a rich fighting spirit that deserves a bigger stage for boxing and MMA.

 

     It all began when Scott Sullivan, a lifelong boxing insider with deep connections in the sport, met Eric Brainsky, a seasoned attorney and boxing enthusiast, at a local gym. What started as casual conversation around training quickly evolved into deeper discussions about the future of combat sports in Boston. Scott had a bold idea—to elevate the region's fight scene by delivering top-tier events that would excite fans, attract elite athletes, and make Boston a premier destination for combat sports.

 

     Eric saw the potential and brought the idea directly to Sam Horn, a former Major League Baseball player and beloved Boston sports figure, at an event the two were attending. Sam, now serving as a corporate ambassador for the Red Sox and a passionate supporter of Boston sports culture, immediately saw the opportunity. Once Sam expressed interest, Eric brought the concept to his law partner, Mike Levinson, a respected attorney with a strong track record in business and sports representation.

 

     When the four of us finally sat down together, the alignment was instant. Each of us brought a different strength to the table:

• Scott, with his firsthand experience in boxing and long-standing relationships with fighters, trainers, and promoters;

• Eric and Mike, bringing strategic, legal, and operational expertise honed through decades of practice and dealmaking;

• Sam, offering unmatched knowledge of the Boston sports landscape and a powerful ability to engage both fans and business leaders alike.

 

     What united us was more than just complementary skills—it was a shared commitment to building something new. We believe Boston is long overdue for a spotlight in the combat sports world, and together, we’re setting the stage for that transformation.
